What material is the art made of?
Our pieces are printed on high-quality textile: Arti Mat and Arti Velvet. Both are stretched tightly in an elegant aluminium frame. Arti Mat has a matte, refined look that beautifully highlights brushstrokes, soft colours and classic details. Arti Velvet has a richer feel and enhances the intensity and vibrancy of colours.
Is the frame included?
Yes, each piece comes complete with an aluminium frame in the colour of your choice. The hanging system is also included free of charge.
How do I hang my Artivel?
You’ll receive clear instructions by email. The frame is easy to assemble, and you can place the canvas tightly in the frame. Then, you only need to hang it using two screws. In just a few minutes, your Artivel will be on the wall.
Can I submit my own design?
Yes, you can. Whether it’s a personal memory, a business design or a self-made artwork, send us your file by email along with the desired size. We’ll check if everything is suitable for textile printing and send you a no-obligation quote. Email us at info@artivel.com.
Can I order just a separate canvas?
Absolutely. Already have a frame and want to refresh your interior? Simply order a new canvas and swap it within minutes. Contact us for the possibilities, we’ll be happy to help!
Can I order a different size than what is listed on the website?
Absolutely. We offer custom sizing for anyone looking for a different dimension. Contact us and let us know what you have in mind, we’ll be happy to create a tailored proposal for you.
Which payment methods do you offer?
At Artivel, you can pay securely using:

We can even place a piece from the collection digitally into your phote, so you can instantly see how it will look in your interior, and what will make your space shine.
Can I also give an Artivel as a gift?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards that allow the recipient to choose their own artwork. You can find these on the gift card page.
How does the delivery process work?
We aim to deliver your order within seven to nine business days. Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is always free. Do you live elsewhere in Europe? No problem! Shipping costs per country are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium may take a little longer.
Can I still change my order after placing it?
Because each piece is made to order, changes after placing your order are only possible if production has not yet started. If in doubt, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 1 hour, and we’ll be happy to see what’s still possible.
Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Because each piece is made especially for you, returns are unfortunately not possible. However, if your piece is damaged or delivered incorrectly, we will of course provide a replacement free of charge. Let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
