What is acoustic felt?


Acoustic felt is a sound-absorbing layer placed invisibly behind your Artivel artwork. It captures sound waves and helps reduce echo and disruptive noise. This creates a calm, atmospheric environment where you can work, relax, or gather in comfort.

How it works behind your Artivel

The acoustic felt is slid into the aluminum frame, directly behind the textile artwork. Thanks to its smart fit, it stays firmly in place without any visible edges.

For sizes up to 145 cm (longest side), the felt is delivered in one piece. For larger artworks, it comes in two parts. It still fits seamlessly into the frame, but for added stability, we recommend securing it to the surface with double-sided tape.
